We can handle only
equipment that has
been sent with adequate
packaging and postage.
Attention: Please send your
equipment to our service
branch in clean condition and
with an indication of the
defect.
Equipment sent carriage
forward or by bulky goods,
express or other special
freight will not be accepted.
We will dispose of your
defective devices
free of charge when you send
them to us.
