HELPFUL TIPS

• Cooking time given in this unstruction is
recommended are indicative and may
vary depending on the size of the food,
the space between the food, the amount
of food, and individual preferences. As
long as you become familiar with the food
steamer you can choose the cooking time
you wish.
• One layer of food is cooked quicker than
several layers, that is why it's necessary to
extend the cooking time in respect with the
volume of food.
• It is recommended to cut out food in slicer
of the equal size, place thicker slices closer
to the walls of the steam basket.
• For best results, do not put too much food
in the baskets; leave some place for the
steam-out.
• The food turn up and down from time to
time during the cooking large quantities of
food. Use oven mitts to handle the baskets
and the lid during cooking: as the steam is
extremely hot.
• Do not add salt or spices directly to the
food during cooking.
• The juice collected in the drip tray (6) is
good for the cooking of soups or can be
used as broth. Be careful: the juice is ex-
tremely hot.
• Use entirely defrosted products only.
