7. Install:
9 Throttle cable 1
9 Mixing chamber top 2
9 Spring (throttle valve) 3
9 Ring 4
9 Throttle valve 5
NOTE:
9 While compressing the spring, connect the
throttle cable.
9 Align the projection a on the ring with the
groove b in the needle holder 6.
8. Install:
9 Mixing chamber top 1
9 Screw (mixing chamber top) 2
To carburetor 3.
NOTE:
After installing, check the throttle grip for smooth
movement.
9. Install:
9 Air vent hose 1
9 Overflow hose 2
9 Clamp 3
NOTE:
Pass the air vent hose at the rear (on the air
cleaner side) of the throttle cable 4.

1. Install:
9 Carburetor 1
NOTE:
Install the projection between the carburetor joint
slots.
