di ventilazione. La seconda funzione riduce le turbolenze nella parte posteriore del casco. Gli estrattori posteriori e la forma specifica della
calotta in quella posizione, riducono in maniera significativa la rumorosità, agendo da spoiler
D Estrattori laterali. Favoriscono la fuoriuscita di aria calda carica di particelle di umidità dalla zona bassa del casco. Inoltre, vengono
ottimizzati i flussi di aria in quella zona riducendo la rumorosità percepita
E --Areatori mentoniera . Convogliano l'aria fresca e generano un flusso di aria direttamente sulla superficie interna della visiera e sulla
bocca del pilota garantendo un costante ricambio e limitando la formazione di condensa e l'appannamento della visiera.
Le diverse combinazioni possibili di apertura/chiusura degli areatori ti permettono di rendere parziale il sistema, adattandolo alle diverse
condizioni climatiche garantendoti sempre il massimo comfort di utilizzo.
8.. Guarnizione Inferiore Bordo, con stabilizzatori inferiori integrati
Guarnizione inferiore in gomma, evita danni al bordo inferiore del casco. Gli spoiler integrati anteriore e posteriore, favoriscono la stabilità
del casco, limitando fortemente le turbolenze, soprattutto alle alte velocità, contribuendo quindi anche a limitare le vibrazioni e la
rumorosità interna.
9.. Top Painted Surface
Superficie esterna della calotta verniciata e con filtro UV, a garanzia di una maggiore resistenza superficiale e di una maggiore e costante
lucentezza nel tempo.

Congratulations on your purchase of an Airoh helmet.
Getting to know the new Airoh GP 500
Airoh gathered together all its know-how and efforts to create an helmet with the best performance ever: The results is the new
GP500. This helmet comes directly from the MotoGP races. It has been tested and developed in the wind tunnel during the fist
phase and afterwards it has been tested on racing tracks by the world best riders. It features a number of technical and functional
enhancements that make it the ultimate racing helmet.

The main technical features are listed on
--Outer shell in 3 different sizes. It is made of Carbon and Kevlar and is completely handmade; it ensures an highly mechanical
resistance by guaranteeing a limited specific weight.
--Aerodynamics: The shape of the outer shell has been designed in the wind tunnel and encompasses an integrated rear spoiler
which improves the aerodynamic features and gives extraordinary stability to the helmet even at high speed. The front and rear
spoilers, which have been also designed in the wind tunnel, also help to improve the helmet aerodynamics.
--Integrated ventilation system: 10 Air intake, 6 of which are adjustable, to keep fresh air circulating inside the helmet in all
conditions.
--Self-adjusting visor mechanism: It ensures perfect sealing between the visor and the trim avoiding any kind of penetration from
the outside. And the rider does not need to adjust anything.
--100% Max Vision visor with the new integrated anti-fog system Airoh FS Pinlock . Other specific features are the quick release
system, the locking button and the eccentric pins that allow to use tear-off visors.
--Anatomically designed helmet inner with completely removable inner liner made of cutting-edge fabrics in breathable microfibre
for a great fitting and comfort.
-- AEFR system, AIROH EMERGENCY FAST REMOVE: The new release and removal system that allows a quick removal of the
cheek pads in emergency situations.

1.. Retention System: D-D Rings Retention System
The D-D Rings retention system, derived from the racing models, consists of:
-Highly-resistant aluminium retention rings.
-Retention strap with snap fastener (the snap fastener prevents the free strap end from fluttering).
-Removable comfort padding, made of soft breathable and hypo-allergenic fabric for superior comfort.
-Red quick release flap: It is fitted on one of the rings and allows for a quick release of the retention strap simply by pulling it.
