If the restart does not correct the error, please contact the BMW i Wallbox Installation Service.
Troubleshooting
Each error is logged with the date, time, error description and an error code in the error description.
The last four error messages can be accessed via the error log. See the Wallbox Pro owner's manual
regarding the error log.

Power outage

The Wallbox Pro restarts automatically after a power outage: When the Wallbox Pro is connected to
the Internet, the time server will update the time after the restart. Time server settings, see Wallbox Pro
owner's manual. If there is no Internet connection, you will have to set the time manually. Time and
date, see Wallbox Pro owner's manual.
After the restart, press "Continue" to go to profile selection if only one user with two different profiles
has been created; the system will also go there automatically after two minutes. If several users have
been created, the User Selection window is displayed. If only one user without a PIN code query has
been created, the Overview window will open.
