Charging vehicles
Hazard of electric shock, short circuit or overheating!
Always follow your vehicle's owner's manual when charging!
Do not use force when removing the charging cable from the Wallbox Pro or when inserting it
into the Wallbox Pro.
The charging cable must be returned to its holder after the charging process to prevent
damage to or soiling of the charging cable and charging cable plug.
The charging cable should only be used to charge the vehicle, and the length of the cable
should not be increased using an adapter and/or extension cable; otherwise this could prevent
the charging process and/or cause damage, e.g. due to a cable fire.
Connecting the charging cable to the vehicle, see your vehicle's owner's manual.
Connecting the vehicle
The charging cable plug has been designed so that it can be connected to the vehicle even
in the presence of humidity and snow. However, first check that the charging cable plug
connector is dry before connecting.
The indicator on the vehicle's charge point is not active when the vehicle is in sleep mode.
When the Wallbox Pro is locked by another user, the respective user account is highlighted in
the Login screen.
It is not possible to interrupt the ongoing charging process of another user when more than
one user account has been created for the Wallbox Pro with a PIN code query.
Remove the charging cable plug from the holder and bring it to the car inlet. Connect to the car inlet as
described in your vehicle's owner's manual.
