Reset a fault
If an interruption occurs during a connection or charging cycle, the Wallbox will attempt to restart the
cycle automatically (in maximum of five times).
If the charging cycle cannot be restarted, this must be acknowledged by correctly ending the charging
cycle or possibly by restarting the Wallbox. If a fault occurs frequently or without any obvious reason,
please contact your service partner.
Fault 4003 [0011]
Overcurrent detected in the vehicle:
The vehicle has not complied with the maximum
current and was shut down – if the problem
continues, have the vehicle inspected in a
workshop.
Fault 8005 [0101]
Fault current detected in the vehicle:
Check the cable, possible fault caused by a
storm, disconnect the Wallbox from the main
supply briefly and restart the charging cycle
– if the problem continues, have the vehicle
inspected in a workshop.
