Wallbox Pro care
Hazard of aggressive solvents and cleaning agents!
Cleaning agents can contain substances that are hazardous and/or harmful to health.
Avoid water jets and high pressure when cleaning, and do not use materials that can scratch
surfaces, as this can cause damage.
Clean the touch screen with a moist, lint-free cloth.
BMW only recommends using cleaning and care products tested and approved by BMW, e.g.:
Special matt paint cleaner for housings, number 83 12 2 285 244.
Touch screen glass cleaner, number 83 12 2 288 901.
Wallbox Pro maintenance and repair
Any work performed improperly can cause a fire, and there is also a risk of a life-threatening,
electrical shock due to the high voltage.
Repairs must only be performed by authorised personnel, e.g. the BMW i Wallbox Installation
Service.
Any work performed improperly can cause subsequent damage and thus associated safety
risks.
The Wallbox Pro is maintenance-free, thus no maintenance is required.
Wallbox Pro disposal
After decommissioning, please always dispose of the Wallbox Pro in compliance with all
currently valid disposal regulations.
