PROTECTION PERFORMANCE OF THE VISOR
The visor has the optical class 2 and is therefore suitable for long-term use.
The protection against radiant heat offered by the visor depends on the
temperature of the heat source. The higher the temperature, the higher the
damaging heat that hits the eyes. The visor should only be used in situations
where it can limit the exposure of the eye to less than 100 W/m2.
Changing the visor
Removal: Loosen the two slotted screws on the visor holder.
Squeeze the carrying handle and remove the visor.
Fitting: Squeeze the visor slightly and place it on the inside of the helmet
at both lateral attachment points. Make sure that the pin in the middle
of the carrying handle is in the guide line on the inside of the helmet.
Tighten the two slotted screws (1.1 Nm +/- 0.1 Nm).
The protective film on the visor should only be removed after installing the
visor.
