Knife holder guide clamp spring adjustment
注意 CAUTION
メス台案内押しバネの調節を行うときは、必ずミシンの電源
スイッチ及びエアコンプレッサからの圧搾空気の供給を切断してか
ら、専門技術者が行ってください。
Always turn off the power and shut down the air compressor
first and then authorized technicians are allowed to adjust the knife
holder guide clamp spring.

が移動しないように、メス台案内
取付位置は、バネ

の取付長穴の中央です。
標準位置で不具合のある場合には、糸が良く切れて上下メスもスム
ーズに動く位置に、 ネジ

を緩めてバネ圧の調節を行ってください。
調節後、ネジ

を締めてください。
バネ圧が弱すぎますと、糸切れ不良を起こします。
バネ圧が強すぎますと、上下メスの戻りが悪くなります。

If the upper knife and lower knives are not activated properly in the
standard setting, adjust the spring pressure by loosening screw
After this adjustment is made, tighten screw
If the spring pressure is too heavy, the upper and lower knives will
not return home correctly.

メス切れの確認をウーリー糸で行ってください。

糸切れが悪い場合は、55 頁を参照して下メス押えバネ
てください。
糸をつかまない場合は、56 頁を参照して下糸つかみ
ください。
