Remove all M3x8 bolts from the motor unit (2) and slide it into the frame. Now install the 4 bolts for the motor mount first.
Now setup the gearmesh with the paper stripe method. Here you cut an about 10mm high and 100mm long stripe of
newslater paper and press it between pinion and and maingear and than turn the motor just a bit, while pressing the pinion
on the maingear. Hold the position and lock the four bolts. Now install the other two bolts for the counter bearing block.
Entfernen Sie zunächst alle M3x8 Schrauben der Motoreinheit (2). Schieben Sie diese von unten in das Chassis und
befestigen Sie diese zunächst mit den 4 Schrauben des Motorträgers. Das Getriebespiel wird nun mit der Papierstreifen-
Methode eingestellt. Hierbei wird ein etwa 10mm breiter und 100mm langer Streifen aus Zeitungspapier geschnitten und
zwischen Ritzel und Hauptzahnrad geschoben. Nachdem man den Motor etwas gedreht hat und dabei beständig das
Ritzel angedrückt hat, werden die vier Schrauben angezogen. Schlussendlich werden noch die zwei Schrauben des
Gegenlagers montiert.
