First mount the motor (9) with the bolts (1)(for M3 and 25mm circle) or
(6)(for M4 and 30 or 32mm circle) to the motor mount (5). Attach the
bolts (2) and the washers (4) without loctite to the motor mount. Slide
the pinion (3) over the motorshaft and mount the whole counter bearing
block assemble (8) with the spacers (7) to the motor mount.
the pinion with a distance of 0.5 - 1mm to the counter bearing
block.
Schrauben Sie zunächst den Motor (9) mit den Schrauben (1) (M3
Gewinde mit 25mm Lochkreis) oder (6)(M4 Gewinde mit 30 oder 32mm
Lochkreis) auf den Motorträger (5). Schrauben Sie nun die Schrauben
(2) mit den Scheiben (4) zunächst ohne Schraubensicherung in den
Motorträger (5). Nun wird das Ritzel (3) auf die Motorwelle geschoben
und das Gegenlager (8) mit den Distanzhülsen (7) auf dem Motorträger
geschraubt.
Schlussendlich wird das Ritzel mit einem Abstand von
0.5 - 1mm zum Gegenlagerträger montiert.
