Programming steps
1. Press the

recorded these will be played back

Listening to messages

If the button on the back of the handset flashes and the
display, messages have been recorded in your absence that have not yet been
listened to.
LISTENING TO MESSAGES
Press the button. The inbuilt voice will now inform you straight away how
many new messages have been recorded and the new messages will be played
back immediately.
If no new messages have been recorded, the voice will tell you how many
messages in total are stored on the answering machine.
With each message you will hear the day of the week and the time of day at which
the message was recorded. This information will also be shown in the display.
