Vorsicht ! Bei Drehzahlen kleiner als in Tabelle 2
angegeben muss die rote Leuchtdiode
immer brennen
:
Hinweis Die rote Leuchtdiode „Alarm" brennt (s.
Fig. 3-5), wenn:
- der Öldruck unter einen vorgegebe-
nen Wert absinkt
- der Rotor stillsteht.
Die rote und die grüne Leuchtdioden
brennen gleichzeitig, wenn:
- das Kabel zwischen Druckschalter
und Signalmeldegerät defekt ist.
Vorsicht ! Wenn im Betrieb die Alarmanzeige
leuchtet, muss, um schwere Schäden
am Turbolader zu vermeiden, die Mo-
torleistung sofort reduziert werden. Mit
einem Kon troll blick durch das Schau-
glas des Lagerdeckels kann überprüft
werden, ob die Zahnradpumpe Öl för-
dert (Schmieröl spritzt auf die Zentri-
fuge) und ob kein Defekt am Öldruck-
schlauch vorliegt.
Wird ein defekt am Öldruckschlauch
festgestellt, so muss der Motor mög-
lichst rasch gestoppt und der Öldruck-
schlauch ersetzt werden. Ein Notstopp
des Motors ist nicht erforderlich.
Wenn der Alarm trotz funktionstüchtiger
Zahnradpumpe und intaktem Öl druck-
schlauch bei den in Tabelle 1 angege-
benen Turboladerdrehzahlen nicht er-
lischt, müssen die defekten Teile (z.B.
Druckschalter, Kabel oder Signalmel-
degerät) beim nächsten Service ersetzt
werden.


ways be lit at speeds lower than those
specified in table 2.

Note The red "Alarm" light emitting diode
lights up (see fig. 3-5) if:
- the oil pressure falls below a preset
value
- the rotor is stationary
The red and green light emitting diodes
light up simultaneously if:
- the cable between the pressure switch
and the signalling device is defective
Caution ! When the alarm indicator lights during
operation, engine power must be red-
uced immediately to avoid severe da-
mage to the turbocharger. Make a visu-
al check through the sight glass in the
bearing cover to verify whether the gear
pump is delivering oil (lubricating oil is
spraying onto the centrifuge) and that
the oil pressure hose is in order.
If the oil pressure hose is defective, the
engine must be stopped as quickly as
possible and the oil pressure hose re-
placed. An emergency engine stop is
not necessary.
Should the alarm fail to extinguish at
the turbocharger speeds specified in
table 1 despite proper functioning of
the gear pump and an undamaged oil
pressure hose, the defective parts (e.g.
pressure switch, cable, or signalling de-
vice) must be replaced at the next ser-
vice.
