Demontage und Montage
- Auf der Turbinenseite die Führungsplatte (90170)
mit 6kt-Schrauben (51011) am Gaseintrittsgehäuse
befestigen. Am Ende des Führungs-/Verlänge-
rungsrohres (90210) zur Sicherung eine Schrau-
be oder Haltebolzen (90220) anbringen (s. Fig.
5-20/4).
- Abziehbüchse (90215) auf das freie Ende der Füh-
rungsrohre aufziehen bis zum Anschlagseil.
- Mit Hebebock (90450) das freie Ende der Füh-
rungsrohre stützen.
- Anschlagseil (90217) entfernen.
Vorsicht ! Zuerst die Führungsrohre mit Hebebock
sichern, erst dann Anschlagseil entfer-
nen.
- Abdeckring (57000) mit den 6kt-Schrauben
(90900) abdrücken und auf den Führungsstangen
so weit nach vorne ziehen, bis die Adapterplatte
(90214) und Abziehbüchse (90215) montiert wer-
den können.
- Abdeckring (57000) über die Führungsstangen
und Führungsrohre nach vorne ziehen bis zur
Luftaustrittskante (Fig. 5-20/5).
- Anschlagseil (90217) um das Führungsrohr schlin-
gen und mit 2 Schrauben (74004) am Luftaustritts-
gehäuse befestigen (Fig. 5-20/3).
- Abdeckring am Seil anhängen, Kantenschutz be-
nutzen. Hebebock entfernen.
Abdeckring entfernen (Fig. 5-20/6).
In sinngemäss umgekehrter Reihenfolge zusammen-
bauen.
Hinweis Schrauben (51015) zum Abdeckring vor
der Montage mit Hochtemperaturfett
bestreichen. Das Festfressen der Be-
festigungsschrauben wird dadurch ver-
hindert.

- At the turbine end fix the guide plate (90170) to
the gas inlet casing with hexagon head screws
(51011). At the end of the guide / extension tube
(90210) fit a screw or locking pin (90220) to secure
it (see Fig. 5-20/4).
- Press extractor bush (90215) on to the free end of
the guide tube up to the slinging rope.
- Support the free end of the guide tube with lifting
jack (90450).
- Remove the hoisting rope (90217).
Caution !
- Press off cover ring (57000) with the hexagon
head screws (90900) and pull forward on the guide
studs, until the adapter plate (90214) and extractor
bush (90215) can be fitted.
- Pull cover ring (57000) forward over the guide
studs and guide tubes up to the edge of the air
outlet (Fig. 5-20/5).
- Sling hoisting rope (90217) around the guide
tube and secure to air outlet casing with 2 screws
(74004) (Fig. 5-20/3).
- Suspend cover ring on the rope, use edge guard.
Remove lifting jack.
Remove cover ring (Fig. 5-20/6).
Follow these instructions in the reverse order for as-
sembly.

Disassembly and assembly
First support the guide tube with lifting
jack, only then remove the hoisting rope.
Before assembly coat the cover ring
screws (51015) with high teperature
grease. This prevents seizing of the
hex.-headed screws.
