• The way to log in to the App while your mobile phone has no internet
connection, is in the left.
• When the tracker pairing with your mobile phone, you need to make
sure the internet is no problem, otherwise it will not be able to match. If
connected, the challenge interface of APP will show "On Device". In the
condition of the internet is available, but the APP always shows „Device
not online, please click reconnect", then you can click to re-connect, and
if it still not work, please click "Log Out" in the Setting interface and close
the APP. Now you can log in and pair with tracker again.
• After successfully paired the tracker with the APP, you can also open the
APP even the internet of your mobile phone is unavailable, but you can't
view the history exercise data and add friends.
