containers. The preserving foil or bags with vacuum pump for vacuum packaging are well suited for storage
of dried vegetables. Dried food may be stored at room temperatures. However, the best are dry, cool and dark
places. The optimum storage temperature is 15 °C and lower. We recommend the you check the stored foods
from time to time. Labels with data about type and date of drying provide ideal information.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Unplug the power cord from the outlet before cleaning or any other manipulation with the dehydrator.
Clean using slightly wet cloth. You can clean the individual trays and the dehydrator cover using a regular
dishwasher liquid. The intake opening (grill) on the motor part must be absolutely clean to allow the intake of
air. In the event of dirt or dust clogging the grill, clean it with a brush or using vacuum cleaner. Never rinse or
immerse the base under running water.
Do not wash the trays and other parts of the dehydrator in the dishwasher.
Do not use rough sponges or cleaning powder. Do not immerse the appliance or power cord into water.
