AUTOMATIC MODE SETTINGS
E Zone settings (SET ZONE)

This is recommended for use when the area being
monitored is split up into several zones.
The area being monitored is split up into different zones (up
to a maximum of eight zones). You set the left and right
edges of each zone, and then play the setting back. Setting is
possible independently of any preset positions that have also
been stored.
• The pan directions are stored for each zone.
• The zone title can be displayed when monitoring enters a
zone.
• Up to eight zone modes can be set.

1 ZONE No.: Sets the zone number. Eight zones (001 to
008) can be set.
2 TITLE: Sets the title for the zone. The title that has been
set can be displayed on the monitor.
3 SET LEFT LIMIT: This sets the left edge of the zone.
4 SET RIHGT LIMIT: This sets the right edge of the zone.
5 DELETE: This deletes a zone setting.
6 DEFAULT SPEED: This sets the zone speed. The speed
can be set within the range of 001 to 255 seconds.
7 RUN: This starts the zone mode operation.

F Automatic restore standby time
settings (FUNCTION IDLE)

After the camera has been operated manually, if the period of
time that has been set using the "FUNCTION IDLE"
command passes with no operations being carried out, then
the camera can be switched automatically to the automatic
mode that is specified by the "FUNCTION" command.

Available settings:
• OFF: Automatic functions are not carried out (Default
setting)
• 001–255: After 001–255 seconds, the mode specified by
the "FUNCTION" command is carried out.

IDLE" command passes with no system controller operations
being carried out, then the camera can be switched
automatically to the automatic mode that is specified by this
"FUNCTION" command.
