2 Setscrew for the rotating ring (3)
3 Rotating ring for adjusting the mechanical focus set-
ting according to the lens type used:
CS-mount lens: release the screw (2) and turn the
ring clockwise (towards "CS") to the stop
C-mount lens: release the screw (2) and turn the
ring counter-clockwise (towards "C") to the stop
4 Jack for connecting a lens with automatic lens con-
trol [AI lens ("Auto Iris")], for pin configuration of the
jack see chapter 4.2
5 Control for adjusting the video signal level when
using a DC lens
6 Selector switch for adjusting the camera to the AI
lens type used
"VIDEO": with a video signal controlled lens
"DC": with a DC controlled lens
7 BNC jack for the video output, 1 Vpp at 75 Ω
8 Mains cable for connecting the power supply
(85 – 265 V~ / 50 Hz)
9 One DIP switch each for the following functions:
a adjustment of synchronization: internal synchro-
nization ("INT") or mains synchronization ("LL")
b adjustment of automatic gain control: standard
adjustment ("AGC") or maximum adjustment
("AGCMAX")
c adjustment of gamma correction factor: gamma
value 0.45 (" γ 1") or gamma value 1.0 (" γ 2")
d activation ("MRIS") or deactivation ("OFF") of the
automatic electronic shutter
e activation ("BLC") or deactivation ("OFF") of the
backlight compensation
f for colour camera TVCCD-623(E)COL only:
