Muting

Using the Mute key
off the microphone and speak without the other
party hearing you. The speaker remains switched
on and you can hear the other party. For Muting
press the Mute key

To switch on the microphone again press the Mute

Storing a phone number

KB22 can store up to 13 frequently used phone
numbers for dialling directly out of the memory
(One touch key/ speed dial). The maximum length
of a stored phone number is 21 digits. For
changing a stored phone number please restore
the new number in the corresponding memory.
1. Pick up the handset and press memory key
2. Press one of the one touch keys M1, M2 or
M3 or the speed dial key
desired memory number from 1 to 9 or 0 on
the keypad.
3. Enter the number you wish to be stored in the
memory. (In case of connection to a private
exchange it can be necessary to dial first „0"
or to press the „R"-Signal key for getting an
outside line. By pressing the Redial key
dial pause of 3,6 sec. can be programmed.
4. Press the Memory key
return the handset on the cradle. The LED will
be switched off.
5. Repeat this procedure for other memory
locations.

Speed dial

1. Pick up the handset and press the Speed dial
button
2. Press the inquired Speed dial number from 1
to 9 or 0.
