5 Installation

The PIN code keypad can be installed using the supplied installation
accessories.
– You can use the enclosed special adhesive pad to attach the PIN
code keypad, making installation quick and easy.
– We recommend using the supplied screws to secure the compon-
ent. You will need a "TX6" Torx screwdriver (not included in the
supply package) to open the housing to do so.
Install the PIN code keypad within the range of a SmartBridge (radio
range up to 30 m). You'll find the specific details in the quick guide on
the SmartBridge or the MobileKey manual. There is no need to install
within the range of the associated door. We recommend installing the
PIN code keypad near the lock since it does not emit any visual or
audible feedback signals on the door opening status.
