7 Battery replacement

The PIN code keypad housing must be open to replace the batteries.
You will need a "TX6" Torx screwdriver (not included in the supply
package) to do so.
ATTENTION
Damage to the electronics due to fluids or static discharge
Do not touch electronics/components; do not allow them to come into
contact with oil, paint, moisture, alkali or acids.
IMPORTANT
Do not touch the contacts on the new batteries with your hands when
replacing the old ones. Use cotton gloves free of fat or grease.
a) Unfasten the two screws in the housing base completely.
b) Remove the front of the housing.
c) Use a screwdriver to slide one side of the battery holder into its
designated opening.
ATTENTION
Retaining clips springing out due to spring tensioning
The retaining clips are tensioned. They may spring out and become
lost if released.
