•Free-flying slide or fasteners and / or work splitting
•Moving parts and pneumatic cylinders (crushing)
•High noise
2.3 Further information on workplace safety
Ear protection
When working with the High load SHLS80-Q wear ear protection.
Eye protection
When working with the SHLS80-Q wear eye protection.
•Only use a completely assembled and intact tool and do not change or modify the tools.
•Immediately disconnect defective or faulty tools from the compressed air supply and hand over the tool for inspection by
authorized personnel.
•Unplug the unit during all maintenance and adjustments from the air supply.
•Make sure the maximum operating pressure is not exceeded.
•Never reach into the operational system.
•Avoid weakening and damage to the device, such as by
- Hammering or engraving
- Unauthorized modification measures
- Cause the device to templates of hard material (e.g. steel)
- Any other form of violence
•Repair work may only be carried out by personnel authorized by the manufacturer or other competent professionals
using original Senco spare parts.
