Symptom
No characters on the display.

Explanation
1. Power is not received.
2. If on battery power, the batteries need to be
replaced.
3. The display is out of order.

circuit board is out of order.
The cuvette holder sensor is out of order.

1a. Check that the power adapter is properly connected to the
analyzer and the AC power supply, as described in the Start Up
