Emptying the tank

3.6.1

Emptying the dirty-water tank

The dirty-water tank must always be emptied
after use.
a) Emptying the dirty-water tank over a
drain in the floor
Remove the dirty-water draining hose (7) from
the holder, and open the drain valve (6) while the
hose is held over the drain.
b) Pumping the dirty water out of the tank
into a toilet/washbasin
Remove the black Suction hose sleeve (32) from
the tank-connecting-piece and put aside. Swap
afterwards grey exhaust air hose sleeve (33) of
pole cross-beam connecting with the free tank
connecting pieces for Pos 32. Switch on the
suction unit with the toggle switch (4). Remove
the draining hose from the holder. Hold the hose
over a washbasin, toilet, etc., and open the dirty-
water tap (6). Press the red main switch (2). The
dirty water will now be pumped out up to a level
of approx. 80 cm. Release the red main switch
(2) to stop the pumping function. Close the dirty-
water tap (6), and switch off the suction unit by
the toggle switch (4). Return the hose (7) with
tap (6) to the holder. After tank is empty put the
grey exhaust air hose sleeve (33) of tank con-
necting piece back to the pole cross-beam con-
necting piece. Place grey Suction hose sleeve
(32) back into original Position.
3.6.2

Emptying freshwater tank

Place Machine besides a floor drain. Get the
fresh water hose (34) from the mounting plate
and position it over floor drain.Then open fresh-
wateroutlet-valve (9) to drain Tank.
3.7

Turning off the machine

Release the red main switch (2) in the handle
(1). All functions are instantly stopped. The indi-
vidual units are switched off by the toggle
switches for water supply (3), suction (4) and
brush (5). Disconnect the mains plug (31) from
the mains. Press the pedal lever of the parking
rail (18) downwards, and pull back the machine
into ist parking position. The weight is removed
from the brush unit and squeegee blades in this
position.
