6.2 Checking the portable system

Result
Carry out a function check at the following intervals:
• Before each use
• After each disassembly
• After each hygienic preparation
1. Carry out a visual inspection. In the process, note: the portable
system must exhibit no signs of damage
• which may lead to parts becoming loose,
• which impair its function,
• or which may cause injuries.
2. If parts are damaged: have the portable system repaired or
replace it.
The portable system shows no visible signs of damage.
