ANSCHLUß UND INBETRIEBNAHME/INSTALLATION AND COMISSIONING
Zunächst muß das mitgelieferte Fil-
terelement in das OF5C eingebaut wer-
den (vergleiche Punkt 8.1 Wartung und
Pflege, Filterelementwechsel). Durch
Tippbetrieb ist die Drehrichtung des E-
Motors zu überprüfen ggf muß die Dreh-
richtung des Motors durch das Vertau-
schen zweier Phasen des Anschlußstek-
kers geändert werden. Die richtige Dreh-
richtung des Motors ist durch einen Pfeil
auf der Lüftungsabdeckung des Motors
markiert.
7.1 Hydraulische Verbindung / Hydraulic Connection
Den Saugschlauch des OF5C in das Re-
servoir des zu reinigenden Hydrauliksy-
stems eintauchen.
Den Druckschlauch des OF5 C ebenfalls
in das Reservoir eintauchen. Es ist dar-
auf zu achten das zwischen den einge-
tauchten Schläuchen ein größtmöglicher
Abstand existiert.
7.2 Volumenstromregelung / Regulation of the volumetric flow
Den Volumenstromregler an der Front
seite des FCU 2010 in Richtung des Uhr
zeigers bis zum Anschlag drehen. Da
durch wird die Meßstrecke nach
einschalten des Filteraggregates sofort
gespült. Nach kurzer Spüldauer kann
nun ein Meßvolumenstrom zwischen 50
und 150 ml/min eingestellt werden.
7.3 Elektrischer Anschluß / Electrical Connection
Den Anschlußstecker des OF5C in Elek-
troanschlußdose einstecken.
ACHTUNG: Korrekte Anschlußspan-
nung und lokale elektrische Vorschrif-
ten beachten (siehe auch Typen-
schild)!
Drehrichtung des Motors überprüfen.
Motor muß ensprechend dem Markie-
rungspfeil auf dem Lüftergehäuse in
Richtung des Uhrzeigersinns drehen!
Das Ein- und Ausschalten des Gerätes
erfolgt mit dem Hauptschalter des Ag-
gregats.
Den Hauptschalter am Steuerungska-
sten des OF5C auf Stellung "I" stellen
und die OK / Start Taste des FCU drük-
ken.

First, install the filter element supplied in the
consignment in the OF5C (cf. 8.1 Changing
the Filter Elements below).
Determine the sense of rotation of the electric
motor via jogging mode. If necessary, reverse
the sense of direction of the electric motor by
exchanging the two phases (conductors) of the
connecting plug. The right sense of rotation of
the motor is indicated by an arrow on the ven-
tilation covering of the motor.
Immerse the suction hose of the OF5C into the
reservoir of the hydraulic system to be
cleaned.
Also immerse the pressure hose of the OF5C
in the reservoir of the hydraulic system to be
cleaned. Make sure that the distance between
the immersed hoses is as large as possible.
Turn the volumetric flow control on the front of
the FCU 2110-4 all the way in a clockwise di-
rection until it will go further. This causes the
working section (measurement section) to be
flushed immediately upon the filter assembly
beeing swiched on. After a brief period of flus-
hing a measurement volumetric flow rate of
between 50 and 150 ml/min can now be set.
Plug in the plug connector of the OF5C into an
electrical outlet.
Warning: Make sure the correct mains volt-
age is present. Adhere to local electrical
regulations (cf. also motor label)!
Check the sense of rotation of the motor.
The Motor has to run in a clockwise direc-
tion, i.e. in the direction indicated by the
arrow on the ventilator housing.
Switching the unit on and off is done using the
main switch of the unit.
Set the main switch on the control box to the
„I" position and push the OK / Start button of
the FCU.
