FUNKTIONSWEISE / MODE OF FUNCTION
Mit Hilfe des Saugschlauches des
OF5C wird das Öl aus einem drucklo-
sen Reservoir angesaugt über den Fil-
ter gepumpt und abgereinigt. Durch
den Druckschlauch verläßt das gerei-
nigte Öl das Filteraggregat wieder. Ein
Teilstrom des angesaugten Öls wird
mittels Hilfspumpe KE 1310 zur Fluid
Control Unit FCU 2110-4 geleitet. Da-
durch ist eine ständige Überprüfung der
Reinheit des angesaugten Öls nach
NAS 1638 und ISO 4406 möglich.
Durch die Regelfunktionen des FCU
2110-4 ist es möglich das Filteraggre-
gat nach Erreichen einer bestimmten
Reinheitsklasse abzuschalten. Darüber
hinaus kann die Systemreinheit (der
Anwender definiert mit Hilfe der Funkti-
on MODE 4 des FCU 2110-4 eine obe-
re und untere Reinheitsgrenze) in ei-
nem bestimmten Bereich gehalten wer-
den.
Ist die gewünschte Ölreinheit (nicht) er-
reicht, schaltet das OF5C nach einer
Verzögerung von ca. 5 min automatisch

The oil is extracted from a non-pressurised
reservior via the suction hose of the OF5C,
pumped through the filter and purified. The
purified oil exits the filter housing via the
pressure hose. Part of the flow of the oil
sucked out of the reservoir is conveyed to the
FCU 2110-4 fluid control unit by the KE 1310
auxiliary pump. As a consequence, constant
monitoring of the purity of the oil extracted
from the reservoir is enabled according to
NAS 1638 and ISO 4406.
The control functions of the FCU 2110-4 en-
able the filter assembly to be switched off
after a specified purity rating has been
achieved. In addition, system purity can be
maintained within a certain range (The op-
erator defines an upper and lower purity limit
using the MODE4 function of the FCU 2110-
4).
When the oil purity range desired is reached
(left), the OF5C automatically switches off
(on) after a delay of approx. 5 min
