Water or steam leaks from
under the knobs of the taps
during opening.

of the filter holder.

Cause
Defective tap seals.
There is dirt in the filter holder seat that
prevents the coffee from coming out of the
spout.
Unit gasket worn out.
Spray heads clogged.
Machine not ready.
Insufficient water supply.
Dispensing hole of the filter holder clogged.
Too fine grinding.
Dispensing nozzle clogged.
Dispensing ducts clogged.
Faulty steam tap.
Solution
Call Technical Service.
Clean.
Replace.
Clean or replace.
Wait until it reaches the operating temperature.
Check the supply line.
Thoroughly clean the filter holder with specific
detergent and using a toothpick.
Adjust the grinder/doser.
Clean.
Call a technician to descale the machine.
