Problem

What to do if...?

Cause
No transmitter pro‐
grammed.
Transmitter is out of
range of the tubular
drive.
Transmitter was op‐
erated out of range
several times.
Batteries in transmit‐
ter not inserted/
inserted incorrectly
or dead.
Electrical connection
is faulty.
Battery is dead.
Connection with so‐
lar panel is faulty.
Solar panel defective Replace solar panel
Battery defective.
Remedy
Program new trans‐
mitter.
Bring transmitter
within range of the
VC260.
Press drive or stop
button on transmitter
at least 5 times in the
immediate vicinity of
the VC260.
Insert batteries cor‐
rectly or insert new
batteries.
Check electrical
connection.
Charge battery.
Check connection
with solar panel.
with a new one.
Replace battery with
a new one.
