Analyse combustion gases and check that the emission values are
correct at least once a year, in compliance with current law.
Check that all components of the combustion head are in good condition,
have not been deformed by high temperatures and contain no impurities
or deposits from the installation environment or from poor combustion;
check the efficiency of electrodes.
If the combustion head needs to be cleaned, remove the components
following the procedure indicated below:
• Remove the holding nut and unhook the gas throttle control lever (1).
• Disconnect the diesel oil (2) hoses from the connectors beneath the
head unit (be careful of drips)
• Unscrew the two screws (3) and turn the burner around the pin (4)
in the hinge.
• After pulling the ignition cables (5) out of their electrodes, unscrew
the locking nuts (6) from the mixing unit. Loosen nut (7) and com-
pletely unscrew the fastening screw on the delivery connection (8).
Using a suitable wrench, unscrew the screw (9) and unhook the lever
that moves the combustion head forward (see fig. 3).
In the TBML 200 MC burner it is not necessary to release the
head adjustment lever.
• Slightly lower the gas delivery connection (10) and remove the
entire mixing unit in the direction indicated by the arrow in figure 4.
• Complete the maintenance work: reassemble the combustion
head, following the operations described above in reverse order,
after having checked the correct position of ignition electrodes (see
0002936380).
When closing the burner, gently pull the two ignition cables
towards the electrical panel, putting them slightly in tension,
then arrange them in their housing on the scroll. This will ensure
that the two cables do not get damaged by the fan during burner
operation.
