Demontage und Montage
- Aufhängeseil (90370) um die Wellenschutzbüch-
se schlingen und den Rotor mit den Schrauben
(74004) am Luftaustrittsgehäuse aufhängen (s.
Fig. 5-18/4).
- Adapter (90216) und Kranseil entfernen
- Kranseil um Zwischenwand und Wellenschutz-
büchse (23050) schlingen (s. Fig. 5-18/5).
- Rotor mit Kran langsam anheben, bis das Aufhän-
geseil (90370) frei ist.
- Aufhängeseil (90370) und Schraube oder Haltebol-
zen (90220) entfernen.
- Rotor vorsichtig ausfahren.
Hinweis Werden Streifspuren an Turbinenschau-
feln und/oder am Verdichterrad festge-
stellt ist eine autorisierte Service-Stelle
der ABB Turbo Systems AG zu kontak-
tieren.
Vorsicht ! Der Rotor darf nur von einer autorisierten
Service-Stelle der ABB Turbo Systems
AG zerlegt und zusammengebaut wer-
den.

5.2 Turbinenschaufeln ersetzen

Vorsicht !
Beschädigte Turbinen schaufeln und
Dämpferdrähte nur von einer auto-
risierten Service-Stelle der ABB Turbo
Systems AG ersetzen lassen.

5.3 Verdichter wechseln

Vorsicht! Verdichter nur von einer autorisierten
Service-Stelle der ABB Turbo Systems
AG ersetzen lassen.

- Loop the rope (90370) around the shaft protection
sleeve and suspend the rotor with the screws
(74004) on the air outlet casing (s. fig. 5-18/4).
- Remove the adapter (90216) and the rope.
- Loop the rope around the partition wall and the
shaft protection sleeve (23050) (see fig. 5-18/5).
- Lift the rotor slowly with the crane until the rope
(90370) is free.
- Remove the rope (90370) and the screw or holding
pin (90220).
- Carefully remove the rotor

Disassembly and assembly
If straitions are found on turbineblades
and/or compressor wheel an authorized
service station of ABB Turbo Systems
Ltd should be contacted.
The rotor may only be disassembled and
assembled by an authorized ABB Turbo
Systems service station.
Damaged turbine blades and damping
wires may only be replaced by an au-
thorized ABB Turbo Systems service
station.
The compressor may only be replaced
by an authorized ABB Turbo Systems
service station.
