Demontage und Montage
Vorsicht ! Rundlauf der Ölpumpenwelle kontrol-
lieren; max. Toleranz 0,03 mm (s. Fig.
5-11/10).
- Bei einem Rundlauffehler, der ausserhalb der Tole-
ranz liegt, ist eine Service-Stelle zu kontaktieren (s.
Kap. 8).
Vorsicht ! Ist der Rundlauf OK, Pumpenüberwurf-
mutter (36001) und Ringmutter (32151)
mit Sicherungsblech (32114) sichern.
Bei Austausch des Lagers 32100 (s. Fig. 5-11/9):
+ Pumpenhalter (32161) mit 6kt-Schrauben (32152)
und Sicherungsblech (32153) am neuen Lager
befestigen.
- Haltefeder (32162) mit 6kt-Schraube (32163),
Unterlagscheiben (32165) und Palmutter (32164)
montieren.
- Pumpensaugrohr mit Haltefeder (32162) im Halter
(32161) zentrieren.
Vorsicht ! Das Pumpensaugrohr darf den Halter
nicht berühren.

Caution !
- If the tolerance is exceeded, consult a service sta-
tion (see chap. 8).
Caution !
For replacement of the bearing (32100) (see fig.
5-11/9):
+ Fix the pump holder (32161) to the new bearing
with hex.-headed screws (32152) and locking plate
(32153).
- Fit the holding spring (32162) with the hex.-headed
screw (32163), the washer (32165) and the pal-
locking nut (32164).
- Centre the pump suction pipe with the holding
spring (32162) in the holder (32161).
Caution !
- Fill the pump funnel with oil.

Disassembly and assembly
Check the true run of the oil pump shaft;
maximum tolerance 0.03 mm (see fig.
5-11/10).
If the true run is OK secure the pump cap
nut (36001) and the ring nut (32151) with
the locking plate (32114).
The pump suction pipe must not touch
the holder.
