Demontage und Montage
- Lagerdeckeldichtung (32154) auf Beschädigung
prüfen und bei Bedarf ersetzen (s. Fig. 5-12).
- Lagerraumdeckel VS (46000) mit Schrauben
(76009), Unterlagscheiben (76011) und Federringe
(76010) vorsichtig (Kabel, falls vorhanden) montie-
ren.
Falls vorhanden:
+ Kabel in Gummieinsatz einfädeln. Kabel ziehen
bis leichter Widerstand spürbar und Einsatz in
Bohrung drücken. Kabelverschraubung (46065)
montieren.
Vorsicht ! Wird Kabelverschraubung (46065) nicht
mehr montiert ist unbedingt die Ver-
schlussschraube (46052) zu montieren.
+ Kabel für Öldurchfluss- und ev. Vibrationsüber-
wachung an Halter (46020) montieren.
+ Thermometer (46070) mit Schutzrohr (46071) und
Dichtring (46072) montieren
+ Drehzahlmessung montieren.
- Verschlussschrauben (46002 & 46009) mit Dich-
tungen (46003 & 46010) eindrehen und festzie-
hen.
- Öl einfüllen (s. Kap. 2).
- Verschlussschraube (46013) mit Dichtung (46014)
eindrehen und festziehen.

- Check the bearing cover gasket (32154) for dama-
ge and replace if necessary (see fig. 5-12).
- Carefully (cable, if provided) fit bearing space
cover CE (46000) with screws (76009), washers
(76011) and lock washers (76010).
If provided:
+ Thread cable into rubber insert. Pull cable until
slight resistance is felt and press insert into hole.
Fit cable screw connector (46065).
Caution !
+ Fit cable for oil flow and possibly vibration moni-
toring to holder (46020).
+ Fit thermometer (46070) with protection branch
(46071) and gasket ring (46072).
+ Fit speed measurement.
- Screw in plugs (46002 & 46009) with gaskets
(46003 & 46010) and tighten.
- Fill with oil (see chap. 2).
- Screw in plug (46013) with gasket (46014) and
tighten.

Disassembly and assembly
When not fiting the cable screw connec-
tor (46065) again, then the screw plug
(46052) must be fited under all circum-
stances.
