5.1 Rotor ausbauen
Hinweis
Für die Gewichte der Einzelbaugruppen,
siehe Abschn. 2 .

Schalldämpfer bzw. Luftsaug stutzen abbauen (s.
Fig. 5-14).
Warnung ! Ölfeste Handschuhe tragen
Vorsicht !
Vor dem Öff nen der Ölablassschrauben
Ölauffangwanne unter stellen.
Altöl in gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen
Altöl-Containern lagern und umweltge-
recht entsorgen.

Verschlussschrauben entfernen und Schmieröl
ablassen (siehe auch Abshn. 4.1 und 4.2)
Vorsicht !
Verschüttetes Altöl mit Absorbentien auf-
nehmen und getrennt entsorgen.
Vorsicht !
Beim Zerlegen von Turboladern mit
Öldurch fl uss- und/oder Vibra t ionsüber-
wachung die Kabel nicht beschädigen.
Kabel abmontieren bevor der Lager-
raumdeckel entfernt wird.

5.1 Removing the rotor

Remove silencer or air suction branch (s. Fig.
5-14).

Remove the screw plugs and drain the lubricating
oil (see also sec. 4.1 and 4.2).

Disassembly and assembly
See sec. 2, for the weights of the indivi-
dual assemblies.
Wear oil-resistant gloves.
Before opening the oil drain screw put a
suitable container in position.
Used oil must be stored in the legally pre-
s cribed used oil container and disposed
of in an environmentally compatible man-
ner.
Soak up spilled oil with absorbent mate-
rial and dispose of as special waste.
If disassembling turbochargers with oil
flow and/or vibration monitoring system,
be careful not to damage the cables.
Disconnect the cables before the bearing
space cover is removed.
