Demontage und Montage
- Axiale Haltevorrichtung (90180) mit Ringmutter
(34151) entfernen (s. Fig. 5-18/1).
- Führungsrohr (90200) auf das turbi nenseitige Wel-
lenende schrauben (s. Fig. 5-18/2).
- Verlängerungsrohr/-rohre (90210) auf setzen und
mit 6kt-Stiftschlüssel (90270) festklemmen (s. Fig.
5-16/3).
- Am Ende des Führungs-/Verlängerungsroh-
res (90210) zur Sicherung eine Schraube oder
den Haltebol zen (90220) anbringen.
nur bei VTR 564:
+ Welle turbinenseitig mit Exzenterrolle durch Dreh-
stift (90171) leicht anheben.
- Adapter (90216) auf das verdich terseitige Welle-
nende schrauben.
Vorsicht!
Vor dem Anheben, Hebe zeug auf richtige
Befesti gung und Tragseile auf festen Sitz
prüfen
- Rotor mit Kran langsam anheben, bis der Rotor
verdichterseitig nicht mehr aufliegt und seitwärts
bewegt werden kann.
Hinweis Position der Zwischenwand mit Reiss-
nadel oder Körner markieren.
- Zwischenwand (23000) mit Abdrückschrauben
(90900) vom Gasaustritts gehäuse (61001) ab-
drücken (s. Fig. 5-18/3).
- Rotor ausfahren, bis die Schraube oder der Hal-
tebolzen (90220) an der Führungsplatte (90170)
anstösst.

- Remove the axial lock (90180) with the ring nut
(34151) (see fig. 5-18/1).
- Screw the guide tube (90200) onto the turbine end
shaft end (see fig. 5-18/2).
- Fit the extension pipe/pipes (90210) and clamp
with the hex. socket wrench (90270) (see fig.
5-16/3).
- Fit a screw or the pin (90220) at the end of the
guide tube/extension tube (90210) to secure it.
for VTR 564 only:
+ Lift the turbine end shaft slightly with the eccentric
roll by means of the tommy bar (90171).
- Screw the adapter (90216) on to the compressor
shaft end.
Caution !
- Lift the rotor slowly with the crane until the com-
pressor end of the rotor is suspended and can be
moved sideways.
Note
- Press the partition wall (23000) with the puller
screws (90900) away from the gas outlet casing
(61001) (see fig. 5-18/3).
- Move the rotor out until the screw or the holding
pin (90220) touches the guide plate (90170).

Disassembly and assembly
Before lifting, check that the lifting equip-
ment is correctly fixed and that the ropes
are sitting correctly.
Mark the position of the partition wall with
a marking tool or center punch.
