Demontage und Montage
Vorsicht ! Rundlauf der Ölpumpenwelle kontrol-
lieren; max. Toleranz 0,03 mm (s. Fig.
5-9/8).
- Bei einem Rundlauffehler, der ausserhalb der To-
leranz liegt, ist eine Service-Stelle zu kontaktieren
(s. Kap. 8).
Vorsicht ! Ist der Rundlauf OK, Pumpenüberwurf-
mutter (39001) und Ringmutter (34151)
mit Sicherungsblech (34113) sichern.
Bei Austausch des Lagers (34100) :
+ Pumpenhalter (34161) mit 6kt-Schrauben
(34152) und Sicherungsblech (34153) am neuen
Lager befestigen.
- Haltefeder (34162) mit 6kt-Schraube (34163),
Unter-lagscheibe (34165) und Palmutter (34164)
montieren. ( siehe Fig. 5-9/7)
- Pumpensaugrohr mit Haltefeder (34162) im Halter
(34161) zentrieren.
Vorsicht ! Das Pumpensaugrohr darf den Halter
nicht berühren.

Caution !
- If the tolerance is exceeded, consult a service sta-
tion (see chap. 8).
Caution !
For replacement of the bearing (34100) :
+ Fix the pump holder (34161) to the new bearing
with hex.-headed screws (34152) and locking plate
(34153).
- Fit the holding spring (34162) with the hex.-headed
screw (34163), the washer (34165) and the pal-
locking nut (34164).( see fig. 5-9/7)
- Centre the pump suction pipe with the holding
spring (34162) in the holder (34161).
Caution !
- Fill the pump funnel with oil.

Disassembly and assembly
Check the true run of the oil pump shaft;
maximum tolerance 0.03 mm (see fig.
5-9/8).
If the true run is OK secure the pump cap
nut (39001) and the ring nut (34151) with
the locking plate (34113).
The pump suction pipe must not touch
the holder.
