j) Saturation

In this function you can set the desired colour saturation for the display.
Change the settings with the keys " " or " ". Confirm the setting with the "ENTER" key; the setting will be saved
and the colour saturation of the display changed.
k) Radio reception
This menu handles the DCF reception.
Select the desired function with the arrow keys " " or " " and confirm it with the "ENTER" button.
• With automatic setting a reception attempt is performed daily at 02.03 am and 03.03 am respectively to set the
internal quarz clock. Thereby, the display is turned off for about 10 minutes as described in chapter 9. a) to avoid
interferences.
• Of course, the DCF reception can also be switched off if no DCF reception is possible at the installation location
(e.g. in cellar rooms or the like). Following that, the time and date must be set manually; see chapter 15. m).
• With the third setting option, a manual search for the DCF signal can be performed e.g. if no DCF signal was found
during initial start-up or if you have chosen an unfavourable installation location. If you confirm this setting, an
information window appears to ask you if the radio reception shall be started now. With the arrow keys " " or " "
choose between " " (Start searching) and "X" (Cancel, back to the setup menu) and confirm the choice with the
"ENTER" button.
I) Time zone
If the DCF reception is done in another time zone, a correction value can be set in order to have the correct time
appear in the display.
Change the hours of the time zone with the keys " " or " " and confirm the setting with the "ENTER" button.

m) Time/date input

The time and date may only be set manually if there was no DCF reception at the installation location of the weather
station (e.g. in a cellar room).
With the keys " " or " " you select the year, month, day, hours and minutes. Change the value marked in colours
in the display using the keys " " or " " (for a quick adjustment press and hold the respective key longer). Confirm
the setting of date and time with the "ENTER" button.
n) Date format
Select the sequence of the display of month and date in the display (day/month or month/day).
Change the settings with the keys " " or " " and confirm them with the "ENTER" button.
