In case of any claims, it is necessary to provide the letter of
guarantee together with the returned child car seat. The gu-
arantee is limited to the child car seats which have been ma-
nipulated properly and which will be returned in clean and
proper state.

The guarantee does not apply to:
- natural wear and tear and any damage caused by excessive
loading;
- damages caused by improper and unqualified usage.
Does the guarantee apply to the following or not?
Fabrics – our fabrics meet the demanding requirements
in relation to the fastness of dyeing towards UV radiation.
Despite that, all fabrics fade out when they are exposed to UV
radiation. In such a case, it is not considered to be a defect of
material, but normal wear and tear, for which no guarantee
is provided.
Lock – should there be any failures of the safety belt lock
function, they are usually caused by impurities, which may
be eliminated by rinsing. Please, follow your instructions for
use when doing so.
In case of guarantee, please turn immediately to your spe-
cialized seller. They will advice you and provide assistance
to you. When guarantee entitlement is being processed, the
depreciation rates specific for any given product are to be
used.
In such a case, we refer you to general terms of trade avai-
lable from the seller.
Usage, care, maintenance
The child car seat must be manipulated in accordance with
the instructions for use. We especially draw your attention to
the fact that only original accessories or spare parts may be
used.
