Using mobile phone in vehicle with-
out connection to external aerial
During phone call, as well as in standby mode, mobile phones
transmit and receive radio waves that are sometimes also called
high-frequency waves. In current professional medical literature
they warn against radio waves that exceed certain limit values to
be harmful to human body. Governmental officials and international
committees therefore established limit values and directives so
that electromagnetic radiation coming out of mobile phones lies
within an area that is harmless for human health, according to
recent medicl findings.
Despite that, there are no unambiguous scientific data at present
that would inform us to what extent electromagnetic radiation acts
on a long term basis to human body even at low dosage. Despite
the existing scientific data cannot be used to prove that using
mobile phones does harm to human health, on the other hand,
there is no proof that wireless phones are absolutely safe. Some
institutions claim that children react more sensitively than adults
when being exposed to electromagnetic radiation.
Up to the present day the published results of studies and re-
searches are not unified. All however agree on the necessity of
conducting further studies in order to find out the actual effect of
this radiation, and it has to be found out whether this radiation is
harmful to people.
