We do not assume liability for resulting damages to property or personal injury if the
product has been abused in any way or damaged by improper use or failure to observe
these operating instructions. The warranty will then expire!
An exclamation mark in a triangle indicates important information in the operating
instructions. Carefully read the whole operating instructions before operating the
device, otherwise there is risk of danger.
• The unauthorized conversion and/or modification of the product is inadmissible because of safety and
approval reasons (e-mark).
• Only the 12 V direct current on-board networks (negative pole on the battery of the car) may be used for
power supply. Never connect the product to a different power supply.
• Please see that you operate the product properly. For this reason, it is essential to follow these operating
instructions.
• When the product is opened or the safety circuit is short-circuit, invisible laser radiation may be emitted.
Caution - if proceeding in a different way or using any other controls than those specified in this manual,
you may expose yourself to hazardous radiation.
• The product is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of children. Children cannot assess the dangers
involved when dealing with electric devices.
• Do not expose the device to high temperatures, dripping or splashing water, strong vibrations or high
mechanic stress.
• Do not operate the product when it is unattended.
• Do not leave packaging material unattended. It may become dangerous playing material for children.
• The operating instructions of the connecting devices must likewise be observed before installation and
operation of the product.
• If the volume inside your car is too high, you will not hear acoustic warning signals.
This puts you and other road users at risk. Therefore always make sure the volume is adequate.
• Inattentiveness on the road might involve serious accidents. The HiFi system must only be used when
the situation allows it and when the user is not inattentive with regard to the road traffic.
• Music should not be listened to at an excessive volume for a longer period of time. This may damage
your hearing.
• Servicing, adjustment or repair works must only be carried out by a specialist/ specialist workshop.
• If any questions arise that are not answered in this operating instruction, please contact our Technical
Advisory Service or other experts.
