OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Table Clock Color Changing

Intended use
The product serves as a table clock for your desk or night table. It shows the time, the
date with the weekday, the room temperature and the air humidity. The table clock has
an alarm and snooze function. The table clock may only be used in closed, dry rooms
at room temperature. Contact with moisture must be avoided at all times.
Any use other than that described above could lead to damage to this product and
involves the risk of short-circuits, fire, electric shock, etc.

Safety Instructions and Hazard Warnings
The guarantee will lapse if damage is incurred as a result of
non-compliance with the operating instructions. We will not
assume any responsibility for consequential damage. We do
not accept any liability for personal injury or damage to pro-
perty caused by incorrect handling or non-observance of the
safety instructions! The warranty will lapse in these cases.
•For safety and licensing (CE) reasons, unauthorised conversion and/or modifications
to the product are not permitted.
•The product may not be subjected to extreme temperatures, strong vibrations, heavy
mechanical strain, direct sunlight or high degrees of humidity. This can damage the
device.
•The table clock is approved only for operation in closed, dry rooms.
•The device is not a toy and should be kept out of the reach of children.
•Do not leave the packaging material lying around carelessly since it constitutes a dan-
ger to children.
•Do not put the product into operation if it is damaged.
•The manufacturer or supplier will assume no responsibility for incorrect displays or the
consequences which arise through an incorrect display.
•Do not use the product in situations in which professional measuring technology is
required.
•If questions arise which are not clarified within the course of these operating instruc-
tions, please contact our technical support or another specialist. Please consult a spe-
cialist in case of doubts about correct operation or product safety.

Setup
Take care not to place the device in direct sunlight and protect it
from vibration, dust, heat, cold, and moisture.
Place the device on a stable surface and ensure the safe stand of
the device. If the device falls down, it might injure persons or the
device /floor may be damaged. Place the device on a level and
horizontal surface. Do not place the device on valuable furniture
without suitable protection.
Do not place the device close to heat sources like e.g. heaters as
these may falsify the measuring result for the room temperature
and the air humidity.
Inserting/changing the batteries
Make sure that the polarity is correct when inserting the batte-
ries (pay attention to plus and minus!).
Keep batteries out of the reach of children. Do not leave batter-
ies lying around. Pets or small children might swallow them.
Danger! If swallowed, consult a doctor immediately.
Batteries may not be shorted, opened or thrown into fire,
Batteries must not be recharged. (Danger of explosion!)
Only use new batteries of the correct size and the recommend-
ed type. Do not mix old and new batteries. Only use batteries
of the same type and brand.

Leaking or damaged batteries can cause burns if they come into
contact with the skin. You should therefore wear suitable pro-
tective gloves.
•Open the battery compartment on the back of the clock.
•Insert 3 micro batteries (type AAA 1.5 V) observing the correct polarity. The correct
polarity (positive and negative) is indicated in the battery compartment.
•Close the battery compartment by putting on the battery compartment cover and slid-
ing it upwards until it snaps into place.
The use of rechargeable batteries is not recommended, as their lower volta-
ge and capacity reduces the service life.
A change of the batteries becomes necessary when the display contrast fades or the
brightness of the display.
Initial operation
There is a transport protection foil above the display glass; remove this prior to first use.
The table clock is in normal mode when the time (hours, minutes, seconds), the date, the
room temperature and the air humidity are displayed.
Setting the time
Keep the button CLOCK depressed for 3 seconds when the table clock is in normal
mode. The device switches to setup mode and the year blinks. By briefly pressing the but-
ton CLOCK, you can call up the date and time values for setting and also leave the setup
mode again. Only the blinking value can be changed.
