11 TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
WARNING-DANGER : DISCONNECT THE MACHINE FROM MAIN POWER SUPPLY BEFORE TAKING ANY OF THE
FOLLOWING ACTIONS
P R O B L E M
MACHINE DOES NOT START
SYMPTOMS
Stand-by light signal is off
o
Stand-by light is on but no power
o
Automatic thermal protector is activated
o
Turbine main motor does not work while
o
vacuum system motor works
Vacuum system motor does not work
o
° Bag full electronic eyes are not aligned
(yellow Led on the electronic eyes is off)
Turbine main motor and vacuum system
o
motor do not work
Turbine motor does not work,vacuum motor
o
works and stand-by light is on
POSSIBLE CAUSE
No power.Main switch in "0" position
o
Fuses are blown up
o
Machine has been used for long time
o
with Load Meter in RED AREA or
YELLOW AREA
Fuses are blown up
o
Turbine motor is burned
o
Blades are blocked
o
Motor fuses are blown up
o
Motor is burned
o
Electronic eyes Pcboard is faulty
o
Emitter is damaged
o
Receiver is damaged
o
Electronic eyes are not aligned
o
Emergency switch has been pressed
o
Shredding chamber door is open
o
Plastic waste bag is full (Red light on)
o

SOLUTION
Check if the Cyclone is connected to
o
the main power supply
Turn main switch into "I" position
o
Replace turbine motor fuses in the
o
main electrical panel board
Leave the machine off for at least 5
o
minutes and then re-start the
machine
Replace turbine motor fuses in the
o
electrical panel board
Replace turbine motor
o
Open shredding chamber and
o
remove material blocking cutting
blades
Replace motor fuses
o
Replace vacuum system motor
o
Replace electronic eyes faulty
o
component
Align electronic eyes
o
Re-set emergency switch with its
o
dedicated key
Close shredding chamber
o
Replace plastic waste bag
o
