SYMPTOMS
Paper does not flow into the plastic bag
o
The plastic waste bag does not inflate with
o
the turbine air pressure
Dust coming out from entry opening of the
o
shredding chamber
POSSIBLE CAUSE
°Shredded material is clogging turbine air
exit to the cyclone
Filter bag is full
o
A sheet of paper is clogging the
o
vacuum inlet located on top of the entry
opening of the shredding chamber
Vacuum system motor does not work
o

SOLUTION
See Tav.F –Fig.10
Open filter bag door (P)
o
Disconnect transparent pipe from
o
turbine air exit
Remove manually shredded material
o
which clogs the turbine air exit
Connect and fix transparent pipe to
o
the turbine air exit and close filter
bag door.Start the Cyclone by
following steps in paragraph 4
Replace filter bag
o
o Open first flap of the entry
opening and remove paper
clogging the top inlet of the
vacuum system
Check main fuses of the vacuum
o
system motor located in the electrical
panel board
Check if voltage gets to the vacuum
o
system motor wires
Replace vacuum system motor If
o
burned
