2.4 PARTS MANUAL ___________________________________________________ __

As part of the ISO14001 principles and in the era of free electronic media, Ransomes Jacobsen Limited no
longer sends a paper parts manual with every product.
If you wish to refer to a parts list for this mower you have four options from which to choose:
Website – www.jacobsen.com then use the "GENUINE PARTS" tab then the "online parts look-up" tab. This will
give you live access to Parts drawings and lists to aid the identification of spare parts.
Website – www.jacobsen.com then use the "CUSTOMER CARE" tab followed by the "manuals" tab this will give
you access to a printable version of the parts manual. It can be saved to your computer drive for reference on
the screen or to print all or part of the book as required.
Note:
When accessing the website for the first time you will be asked which Region/Country you are located in. This
determines which language (English, French, German or Spanish), product line and products you will see.
Alternatively by completing the form included in the technical manual pack supplied with the machine, we can
send you either:
• A CD containing an electronic copy of the Parts Book.
• A paper copy of the parts manual.

It is recommended that all key numbers are noted here:

It is also recommended that the machine and engine numbers are recorded.
The machine serial number is located on the registration plate and the engine serial number can be found on
the rocker cover.
