Malfunctions during operation

Malfunction

Possible cause
Target humidity is set too high (with built-
in hygrostat)
Filter is clogged
Fault on the evaporator
Pump is defective
Pump sump is clogged
Device is not level and upright
Disturbed air circulation
Remedy
Check the power cable and the mains
connection.
Check the setting of the target humidity
Check the filters, replace them if neces-
sary
Contact the HEYLO technical staff
Contact the HEYLO technical staff

Check the operating conditions, particu-
larly the installation site
Ensure that the air can circulate freely.
Clean the air slits in the protective cover.
Check the air filter.
