Caution!
• Ground potential equalisation must exist between the safe and hazardous area.
• The transmitter is to be securely connected to the potential equalization system using
either the transmitter's esternal screw terminal ➀, or the ground terminal ➁ in the
wiring compartment.
Alternatively, the sensor and the transmitter (compact version) or the connection
housing can be connected to the potential equalization system via the pipeline when a
ground connection according to regulations can be assured.
The table below contains the values that are identical for all versions, irrespective of
the type code:
