This accessory is designed for the food processor MUM5... .
Follow the operating instructions for the food processor.
The pasta attachment MUZ5NV1 is suitable for shaping dough sheets
from prepared dough. The pasta attachments MUZ5NV2 and MUZ5NV3
are used to process the dough sheets, prepared with the pasta attach-
ment MUZ5NV1, into ribbon noodles. Any other use is not permitted.
, Safety instructions for this appliance
Risk of injury
While working, do not place fingers between the rollers and do not insert
any objects between the rollers. Use the accessories in the indicated
operating position only. Accessory must be completely assembled before
use. Do not remove/attach accessories until the drive has stopped.

models. Each model can be purchased
individually in the shops.

Operation

Important information
In these instructions for use the recom-
mended reference values for the opera-
ting speed refer to appliances with
a 7-setting rotary switch. For appliances
with a 4-setting rotary switch you can find
the values in brackets after the values for
a 7-setting rotary switch.

Before using for the first time, thoroughly

clean pasta attachments, see "Cleaning
and care".
Preparation
Risk of injury
While working, do not place fingers
between the rollers and do not insert any
objects between the rollers.
Important information
The surface should be smooth, level and
dry so that the feet of the base unit have a
firm hold.

Press the Release button and move

the swivel arm to position 4.
Cover unused drives with drive covers.

Connect pasta attachment to the drive.

Note position of the agitator with respect
to the drive. If required, turn the agitator
slightly.
Turn pasta attachment anti-clockwise

and press down locking lever.
Insert the mains plug.

Turn rotary switch to the required setting.

