DEHUMIDIFICATION
When you use the air conditioner in the dehumidification mode, you have
to remove the flexible tube, so that the air conditioner can be put in
every place of the room. In this way the air conditioner removes the air
humidity without reducing the room temperature.

Remove the flexible tube by grasping it at the attachment point on the
air conditioner and twisting it until you release it from the blocking
hooks. Twist the thermostat knob (3) until the maximum cooling posi-
tion; then press the ON /OFF push button (1)

The humidity of the room (condensate water) will be collected in the
internal tank of the air conditioner.
G To stop the air conditioner press again the ON/OFF push-button (1).
WARNING !
The air conditioner may be used as dehumidifier only if the room tempera-
ture is above 19 °C. When the room temperature is below 19 °C, the ther-
mostat stops the compressor and the dehumidification doesn't occur.

SETTING AIR FLOW DIRECTION

To set the air flow direction, seize with both hands one of the deflector
blades and pull towards you.

CONDENSATE WATER TANK

When the air conditioner is in cooling or dehumidification mode removes
humidity from the air, collecting the condensate into a small tank acces-
sible through the door located at the rear bottom of the unit. The tank
capacity allows approx. 4 hours operation (it depends on the humidity of
the air). After restarting the unit, always empty the water tank.
G Press the ON/OFF push-button (1) to switch-off the unit, then
unplug the cable.

At this point you can open the rear access door, take out the water
tank and check it is empty; then put it back into its place. Pay atten-
tion that rubber condensate discharge tube is into the tank hole,
then close the access door.
G When the water tank is full of condensate, the air conditioner will
automatically stop and the water tank alarm (3)
WARNING
G Always switch off the air conditioner before unplugging it from the
power socket.
G Always unplug the air conditioner before opening the tank access
door.

Make a hole in the window

G Insert the porthole without the
plug.
G Remove the terminal pipe fit-
ting of the warm air outlet from
the retractile flexible pipe.
G Bring the air conditioner near
the window and insert the air
outlet in the porthole.
