Msg. 18:
The Class B Position Report (dynamic data )
is transmitted:
Every 30 seconds if speed over ground
(SOG) is > 2 kn.
Every 3 minutes if speed over ground (SOG)
is < 2 kn.
Message 23 of a base station may demand
and change transmission intervals.
Msg.19:
Extended position report may be requested
by a base station.
Msg.24:
Static data Type 24A / 24B is sent every 6
minutes.
Msg.14:
The safety message (SRM) sends
information: "PAN PAN PAN". This is only
possible upon activation of the external
button.
IMPORTANT: It is not possible to initiate
other AIS messages with the easyTRX2S
than the ones stated above.
